No best achievement stats?

For some reason, I have no Best Achievement stats in my online Fitbit profile. Here is a pic of how it looks:

I checked on Google and Firefox browsers. I tried to find another answer to this question but couldn't find any. Is there somewhere else besides the profile where I can see the stats, perhaps?
