HI, 

 

On the Dashboard my Notifications Tab has a red dot, no new Notifications - last updated 15th June.  Please help, how do I correct this?

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.

 

Could you share some screenshots of what you are seeing and then post it in here? I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on and find the best way to move forward.

 

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That will force everything to be reloaded.

Let's try force closing the app and then restart your phone. Then open the app up again and see if the dot is still showing up.

On my Fitbit the notification isn't showing text or phone numbers, it use to. On my cell the notification is showing a red dot.
