Pairing my Versa 2 to my phone

I’ve changed the clock to read 24 hours in settings on the Fitbit dashboard BUT when I sync it says complete but the clock remains a at 12 hour format.

I have the Fitbit app, all set up correctly.

On my Fitbit dashboard however it says no devices paired…..

what am I doing wrong?????

On the fitbit.com dashboard where you change to 24 hour time, there is a "Submit" button at the bottom that is required, but easy to miss. Could that be it?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

thanks for your suggestion but I’ve done that.

I’ve even deleted the Versa 2 and set it up again, no joy. 
I’ve turned my Bluetooth off and back on on my phone also. It still says at the top of the dashboard No device paired. It’s driving me potty! 

any other suggestions?
