Hi,
I placed my order for a fitbit and choose to pay via paypal.
Now i`ve confirmed everything to use paypal and received the order in my email.
Is FitBit going to sent me a Payment Request?
Iam used to it that my payment is being written of my paypal account directly.
Just wondering!

Hi @Sanjiro-san, thanks so much for stopping by the Community. Have you recently purchased a tracker from the Fitbit.com store and not received a statement?
If so, you should receive a confirmation from Fitbit as well as transaction statement from Paypal.

i got same problem, ordered using paypal, got email that says order is places but there is no payment in my paypal history
