Previous Resting Heart reducing

I’ve had this a few times over the year.

saying my weekly RHR scores were as follows

mon - 54

tue - 54

wed - 55

thur - 55

fri - 56

Occasionally (happened about 3 times over a year)

i sync on Friday at a certain point and the following will occur

mon - 53

tue - 53

wed - 54

thur - 54

fri - 55

the fridays score will reduce, as can happen when your rate has being lower, but for some reason the RHR of previous dates has suddenly dropped by 1 point?

what exactly is happening when it does this?

thank you

Hello @NeilFinny.

Thanks for sharing that information with us.

It is possible that the Dashboard is recalculating the RHR. It could be that some information from Thursday after you last synced caused the Dashboard to be prompted to recalculate all of the information and it was done to all of the previous days as well.

Hope this offers some answers. Let me know if there are any further questions.

@NeilFinnyIf you are not syncing everyday Fitbit does make adjustments based on the daily quiet periods. Also for more accuracy I presume you are wearing your Fitbit at night as described by Fitbit in their "Help".

Also there are rounding differences between the Android App and the Server Dashboard site.. The server is always 1 point ahead..
