Question about diet and Calories In vs Out

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello! I am following the Beachbody Container diet and workout daily.

Even thought I hit my food amounts with my diet, when i log food into fitbit I am always under.

Is this something to be concerned about?

Welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner.

I'll be happy to answer your question.

Ending up in the 'Under' section is not inherently a bad thing. It only means that you burnt much more calories than what you consumed which means that you'll be losing weight. As long as you are covering for all of your body's needs with the food you consume, it shouldn't really affect you in any way that you end up in under.

Be sure not to starve yourself and to always check that the diet that you are following is healthy and supplies your body with enough nutrients.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
