Hi all.

Does this useless fit bit work for real, it has not updated daily activity for 5 days now. What a waste of money and time. Will change to Apple.

Unfortunately there isn't a Ultra HR model. Do you mean Alta HR? There was an Ultra model but this did not have HR and is no longer supported.

Hello @advocatepee.

I'd like to take a closer look at what could be happening.

The  first thing I'd like to suggest is that you try to manually sync your Fitbit to your account. That should force all data to be uploaded to your account.

In the meantime I'd like to ask:

  • What Fitbit device do you have?
  • What are you using to check your account and sync your Fitbit?

Look forward to your reply.

Hi

I am using FitBit Ultra HR.

I have set it to ensure that it manually syncs my workout.

No data has been recorded since 3 December, all it does is to inform that
Sync will start shortly. To date, there is no syncing of the data. This
impacts my insurance reward as i get points for workouts. I would not
recommend anyone to get FitBit.

At this rate, i will have to ditch it. Pity i wasted my money.

Hello @SteveH and @advocatepee.

Thanks for that clarification @advocatepee.

As @SteveH mentioned, there is not Ultra HR. Please let us know if you are referring to the Alta HR or the Ultra. Also, please do follow all of the steps shared by @SteveH as they should help you in getting it to sync if it is the Alta HR.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
