Hello @ioanadiaconu , are you asking about the user name for your Fitbit account? I'm not sure why you need it, but let's click on your community name, then click on ,Go to Fitbit.com Profile 

 Your Fitbit.com username is Loana D

I'm not sure why your jumping on a 3 year old dead thread in the hardware board with a question about your Fitbit account so I've moved your post to the  Fitbit account Board.

 

For logging in Fitbit will all for your email not your user name.
