My Charge 2 has synced to my phone this morning, but the website Dashboard still says "Last Sync 7:52 PM" (yesterday). I have refreshed the webpage and the phone and nothing is happening to update it. Is there some problem on the Fitbit end of things?

The app has been logging people out, so even though it looks like you are connected (that is, the app still syncs), you actually aren't. Try closing the app and then reopening it and see if it asks you to log in.
