I had a charge hr for 2 years and just recently got a blaze, so I gave my mom my charge and she set up here account and I deleted the charge off mine and added the blaze. She just went to the gym and her workout posted on my dashboard!

Does not sound like she finished the set up. Have her look at her dashboard and see if it shows the unit on there.
