Updated my charge 3 and now I can’t find silent alarms on my phone. I thought it was in the bit with dominant wrist, notifications, reminders to move, etc but it’s not there. Any help please?

The latest update moved the alarms from the phone app to the Charge 3. On the main clock screen of the Charge 3, swipe left until you see the Alarms app.
