Hello, Can someone help me please. I woke up this morning and my Fitbit Charge 5 claimed that I had done 40,000 steps in my sleep. On further investigation, it claimed that all 40,000 steps was done at 4am, which is clearly impossible. Therefor, it cant be a sensitivity issue or sleep walking. Has anyone heard of this problem before or offer any advice?

This is not unheard of. Plenty of example here of this kind of problem 🙄
