Sleep % not showing

For the last few days, it no longer shows the percentage of awake, rem, deep etc.  It only shows a vertical line graph which is useless to me.  

 

Any idea how I can get the percentages back?

When I first bought my Fitbit HR about 4 years ago, it showed the sleep percentage, and I loved it.  About 2 years ago, that feature on the dashboard went away.  about six month's ago, my HR just died, and no longer worked at all.  I researched several different devices, and settled on the Fitbit Surge, because I was told that the dashboard gave a sleep percentage and that it is waterproof.  Both of those are wrong!  If I hadn't been given bad information, I wouldn't have purchased the Surge.  I want my sleep percentage, and I want waterproof.
