So the powers that be killed the windows version of the app, and forced us to use the barely adequate mobile versions... especially the Android cr(app). Classy move. The windows version synced way better in every way than the Android cr(app)... I, like many others here used my pc exclusively to sync my Fitbit. I was able to easily setup and update my tracker on my pc, which was impossible to do on the Android cr(app). This forum filled with complaints seems to back that up. I'm sure there's some nefarious money making reason behind the decision, but it won't be any more money from me 😉
