There appears to be no option to attach a screenshot. I too found my data reset to zero on days when I definitely exercise and met all goals. Extremely frustrating and so far no solution has been offered.
I was having a similar problem where I showed up as zero activity under the community area with friends on fitbit. After a month of experimenting I realize that I needed to change my app settings from private to friends or public for the activities to show up.
