Steps showing on Dashboard but not on my Fitbit

My fitbit shows 0 steps but my dashboard shows 1,123 actual steps. I have synced them. I have rebooted the device. I have not changed the clock from the default one. 

 

Why isn't my fitbit showing my steps? It is obviously recording them if the app is correct.

@atink1948 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

It's pretty weird that your steps are showing on your Dashboard but not showing on your Fitbit. I would like you to reply to the following questions in order to gather more information: 

 

- Which Fitbit do you have?

- Is your Fitbit showing all the other information?

- Do you have a screenshot of what you're seeing?
