@bitfitmike   You need a compatible Android or iOS device (phone or tablet) to set up any new Fitbit.

I have had the Fitbit Tracker app on my laptop previously.

New laptop (HP) - tying to set it up again.

@bitfitmike   The Fitbit app for Windows 10 was deactivated several months ago.  I'm not a PC user, but it sounds like users who never logged out could still sync.  But you have a new laptop.  This option is no longer available to you.  All Fitbits have needed a compatible phone or tablet for set up since about 2020 or so.
