I'm sorry, but I don't really know where to post this, but these numbers make no sense. Fitbit doesn't always do this, but this kind of information does me no good. Any ideas what might be wrong here?Screenshot_20210418-002118_Fitbit.jpgScreenshot_20210528-084747_Fitbit.jpgScreenshot_20210609-062025_Fitbit.jpgScreenshot_20210616-050508_Fitbit.jpgScreenshot_20210622-061720_Fitbit.jpg

Hi @veruca  looks like your main goal is set to burned calories and not to your steps. It's an easy fix. Click to read the article on how to get it working the way you want - it's at the bottom of the page.

Thanks so much for your response, Odyssey, but calories IS my goal. Maybe I should explain myself better. In the first image, it says I’ve taken 21722 steps (which I didn’t) but I’ve only gone .02 miles and only burned 243 calories. The 243 calories and .02 miles is accurate but the 21722 steps is way off.

In the second image, how could I walk 13628 steps, go 7.52 miles, climb 27 floors, but only burn 584 calories? Everything there is accurate except the calories.

In the third image, it’s as bad as the first one…it says I’ve walked 47433 steps (which I didn’t), but I’ve only burned 361 calories and gone .02 miles. The calories and miles are accurate but the 47433 steps is wrong.

In the fourth image, again, 133708 steps (again, wrong) but I’ve only burned 548 calories and gone 2.17 miles. Again, the calories and miles are accurate.

I’m not understanding how changing my goal from calories to steps will make this information more accurate.

And this is what I woke up to this morning. Yes, this was at 3:30 am and I had walked from my bed to the bathroom and back to bed...and my place is NOT that big!!!

This is a frustrating problem that looks easy to remedy.  I don't know how to help you but I noticed some discrepancies with mine when I would look at my profile and claimed that I do an average of 45K steps a day.  I never reached this so I wondered how that happened.   I logged off, deleted apps and links to other apps.  Once I restarted it again, it showed my average steps of 7K or less (I know i need to move more but I need data that is accurate as possible).
