Hi all

Hi there

Hope someone can help.

Twice now the wrong time has come up when fitbit has been recharged.  It is now registering a time 3 hours 25 minutes too early.  This is despite being very careful to ensure it reads GMT plus the needed hours ahead for New Zealand on the data sync.

At this stage it is useless for telling the time.

 Kind regards

Shirley

Hey @Msds

Ok @Msds

Then try this, "forget your device" for this post below.

Welcome to the Forums @Msds. Thanks for coming in to help @ACG.

@Msds Regularly syncing the tracker to your account will help it display the correct time set for your account. If the time is off, it could be because the battery ran out and then the tracker has not synced at all. Please do try to set it up again like @ACG suggested and then try to sync it to your account whenever the time is off. That should do the trick!

If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.
