Hi, folks! I'm starting over with activity tracking after a long break and would like to use my old Ultra until my new Alta HR arrives.
How can I get the website, Windows 10 app, and/or Android app to recognize it? I have been unable to add it in any of these. Thanks in advance for your insight.

You need the software. I do not think it is avaivable.  Contact support.

 

If you still have the same computer it might still be there
