Unable to display manually created activities

On the web site manually created activities (both recent or older ones) are listed in the log but do not display when when clicking on "View Details"  -  only the word "Error" is displayed.  Problem started either late September or early October.  Same problem with Chrome and Edge browsers.

On further troubleshooting I found that the heart rate detail is displayed as long as the duration from 12 midnight does not exceed 23hr and 59min.  When I set the duration to 24 hours, I get the error.  All my previous saved manual activities to see trends in heart rate over a 24 hour period are no longer available to me since they were created with a 24hr duration.  Apparently, the recent programming change in Dashboard voided all my older activity reports.
