My app data is all washed out. Logged out but unable to login. Is anyone facing this issue?

I would like you to confirm you're logging into the same account than before. Please reply to the following questions:
- Are you not seeing anything on your app?
- What type of error are you receiving when you're logging in?
- Are you trying to log in using your computer or app?
- Are you using Android or iOS?
