I have recently changed my phone and i do not remember the password to log in the App. During the password reset process, i do not receive the password reset mail (even in the Spam folder). I would add that the email address that i have inserted is correct since i am receiving updates and news.
How can i do? i can't even use the support chat because it requires pw and user.
