Unable to receive password reset email

I have recently changed my phone and i do not remember the password to log in the App. During the password reset process, i do not receive the password reset mail (even in the Spam folder). I would add that the email address that i have inserted is correct since i am receiving updates and news.

How can i do? i can't even use the support chat because it requires pw and user.

Sorry to see your troubles trying to get your password reset.

This Fitbit support page (<-- click link) has the option for you to call & talk to support. Hopefully, they can help you with your password reset.
