Upgraded my Fitbit and lost my consecutive days?

My Alta display was so dim I couldn’t see it so I upgraded to a luxe. Was assured I wouldn’t lose my consecutive days of steps. Was at 108 days last week Friday. Added the luxe to my account and my consecutive days started over at 5 - Fitbit chat is no help everyone I’ve chatted with so far has given me a different answer - there has to be a way to get the days back. We can clearly see all the days that have been met at the 10,000 steps - I can’t be the only one that’s had this issue!

Currently, now a days is not possible to get the whole amount of steps that you had on your account.
