I have a versa 3 and the past two days it hasn't recorded and heart rate. I did the turn on and turn off. That didn't work. I guess on the versa 3 you can't turn off heart rate option. What do I have to do?

Before considering other options, I recommend that you try restarting the device by pressing and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

In addition, please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
