Versa display not working

My hubbs gave me a versa for Xmas.

It is synced to my cell for big app but nothing is showing on displsy.

Tried e mailing the fit bit bot but it was asking me irrelevant questions.

Frustrated and upset.

At this point I wish my husband had just given my a Garmin.

My Garmin lasted 8 years#

Ordered a new Fitbit Versa while on sale from Kohl's because my screen was blank.  Nothing I tried worked but still kept track of steps etc on my phone..so knew something was working, but without a screen not worth it...Got notice this morning of a update for my fitbit..so, thought ok, will do it to see...Was amazed!!  My Versa screen is back!!  I am so happy, still can't believe it...if you didnt get a notice yet of update, you will...they are sending them out in groups from what I read...wait and try it when it is available..I would of never believed it...Kohl's won't be happy when I take the new one back but just saved $165!!!  HOpe yours works too!

Hi Itty Thanks for asking...I haven't received an e mail update or upgrade yet, and actually now my steps don't even register on my app.I'm not wearing it for the time being till i receive this update or till we (the hubbs n i) figure out what to do...Good luck with yours...Diane Turner
