Versa not updating and can't add Wallet

Can't update software, connect versa to wifi or add wallet - just sits at 'searching' or preparing.

 

Have tried connecting to my computer and restarting versa

If you are having difficulties when trying to update the firmware version of your Fitbit Versa, please follow these troubleshooting steps.

 

Please make sure you are following the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I set up Fitbit Pay?" to set up Fitbit Pay.
