I just ordered a Vibration-Trainer and would like to know how I can log it on the Dashboard

Not knowing what model Fitbit you have. If you have one that has exercise mode then I would Use workout Mode. Then set up a Custom Activity with the name you want. Once it syncs you can rename it.

At the bottom of the activity page you will see create Custom activity
