I got the fitbit ionic this christmas so I don't have to carry around my phone to play music when I run (and it turns out the ionic is pretty terrible at syncing with headphones. it's pretty difficult and very time consuming to download music too.. so much for that) and I thought I'd just wear to it to track my bpm. But in order to check any of the things I actually care about, like bpm or calories, I have to sort through steps, weight, activity level (I really don't need notifications about this every hour) steps per hour whatever. There seems to be no way to disable these things on the dashboard, app, or the actual fitbit. and if it's stuck like that I'm thinking of just returning it to get the S gear because at least that has spotify...
