Over the last few months I frequently get emails saying I have no steps on all but 1 or 2 days. When I then go into the app and force a sync the last 7 days of data appears. I don’t remember to force a sync daily but don’t know why it sometimes does it automatically and other times it doesn’t . What can I do to fix this please?

Thank you for your inquiry. The weekly report is done with the data that has been uploaded so if you haven't synced it won't show all your steps and other stats. Please try syncing your tracker on Sunday and early Monday so they are reflected on your report.
