Have a faulty Versa 2 that is 18 months old and in discussion with the company and they've deemed it defective and needs to be replaced and they offered a 35% discount.  The folks I have talked to / chatted with seemed to agree that is BS support but said they can't do anything about it as the system will only allow a 35% discount.  Find it incredible a company of this ilk can support a product for longer than 1 year.  Sh*& breaks we all get that but stand behind your product(s) for more than a year.  We have (had) 4 fitbits and since my kids gave me mine, they are pissed and looking to move to a different exercise watch too.  Wish this wasn't the case as I really liked my Versa 2.

Hello-

I can't get Fitbit to link with all of us. Also I had to pay for premium because I wasn't sure what product to purchase or if we were even supposed to purchase it I don't know if it was supposed to be all of us pay it or Fitbit.
