dashboard flashes on for half second and disappears

Hi,

The Dingle or Dongle (I forget) is in place and when I click on the "Fitbit Connect" icon the dashboard flashes for about a half second and disappears so I cannot synch my Fitbit One.

Hi

 

The Fitbit tracker sync's every 15 - 20 minutes when in range of the computer when fitbit connect is installed and running in the background.

 

It's possible to right click the fitbit connect icon in the system tray of the computer and choose 'sync now' to instantly perform a sync.

 

Feel free to download a fresh copy of the fitbit connect program, and reinstall fitbit connect. This uninstalls the installed version and installs the newest version.

 

It's also possible to sync the tracker with a phone (android, ios, windows).
