Hello, My Fitbit charge 2 battery will not recharge. I have tried twice now unsuccessfully even after ensuring that the clip is on correctly. I see an image of an empty battery with an exclamation mark inside and then it disappears. Also, I paid for a warranty on the unit; how do I access the information as to when I purchased the Charge 2 and how long is the warranty good for? Please advise.

@Spookynewman I think you should contact Support directly. Also, check your stored emails. When I bought an extended warranty for a device, I got a separate email from Square Trade with my warranty details. Saved in a special folder.
