fitbit one not syncing with the desktop

since it won't sync on the desktop there's no need for me to even open it on the desktop.  i have to record my steps for a challenge on monday mornings, so guess that will be the only time i will come here.  I will sync on the ipad as the LG can't seem  to remember the password, and then open desktop to record my weeks worth of steps.  no need to be here any more than that.

The Fitbit Connect on your computer might have a new version out. You should open it and it will tell you if its needed or not
