getting all badges except for the Floor ones

My floor count works but I haven't received a single badge relating to it.  All the other badges work for me though.  I was also wondering how to check my "lifetme" floor count.

Hello @gm8 and welcome to the Community.  You posted your question on the web dashboard forum.  Your web dashboard can be a good place to review all your badges and lifetime stats.  I’m an iPhone user and I must use the web for lifetime stats.  I don’t know if you can see lifetime stats on Android.  Anyway, log in to your account at fitbit.com with your same email/password.  Tap on your profile avatar in the upper right.  All your badges, trophies, and lifetime stats are there.

 

Can you post a relevant screen grab that shows the missing floor badges?  You have your badges and trophies set to private.  If you had it set to anyone or public, then I could tell you what I see.  Don’t change it just so I can see it.  My setting is friends only.

For completeness, what model Fitbit do you use?  Also, you get a notification only with the first award.
