Hi, I have started to use my fitbit again after a while. Everything has been fine up until today. When looking at my screen on my fitbit charge 2 its not logging my steps or heart rate. I have reset it 3x, I have changed the clock face and nothing. Please help!!!

Now its frozen and not restarting or switching on !! helppppppppp!!
