profile picture problem

I see in the comments here that for months now............Fitbit won't allow us to upload a new profile picture. What the heck.......... This is actually a big deal and this amount of time passing on this problem  says alot about this app and its' commitment to us, its users. 

I have the same problem described by others when trying to upload a new picture.... my profile pic is of my dog that just had a very dramatic death. The last thing I can do right now is keep seeing her little face.

I'm so sorry to read about the loss of your furry family member. Please take care of yourself in this difficult time.

To change your profile picture, see the workaround that @Hlkljgk shared in this thread (<-- click link). She discovered a way to change your profile picture from the You tab in the Fitbit app. Thank goodness for users like her who find "thinking outside of the box" solutions.
