@Fit4mee If you have a Fitbit with the Exercise app, then the Spinning choice in the Exercise Shortcuts is a much less cumbersome method than logging all the details manually.
What model Fitbit do you use?

@Fit4mee The Charge 2 calls the exercise feature the multi-sport mode. This Help article has information on how to customize your exercises. You want to add Spinning to your list of Exercise Shortcuts.

A Stationary Bike is a lot different than a spinning bike. I would never use spinning for mine as I'm not going as fast as you do on a spinning bike.
You could use bike mode. But it will not count any steps when in that mode. So if you care about steps I would not use it

My understanding of spinning is when the legs are spinning the pedals and the bike stays stationary.
If I go by this definition then a stationary bike fits the definition of spinning and calories are based on time and heart rate.
