sync issue

Hi, my fitbit wont sync to my computer. bluetooth works fine with other devices, restarted both fitbit and mac, computer doesn't seem to recognise device. how can i resolve this? plus cant find contact number for UK?

The fitbit restart procedure doesn't always work so it might be worth trying that a few more times.

Thanks, however fitbit seemed to redirect to those pages anyways so i'm just going around in circles. not having a customer services number is bloody awful.
