Hi @narf1254 Sorry, but I am not clear what you're asking. Could you add some details. I assume this is related to your other post about your Charge 3's blank display.

In the Fitbit web dashboard, you should be able to go to https://www.fitbit.com/ and select the cog/gear icon in the upper-right corner. When the menu opens, you should see your device there, which you can select to view/edit your tracker's settings.

Last week after I got out of the pool, the screen went into "sleep mode" (darkened screen) and I can't get it out of that mode.  I can barely see the screen so I can't tell what is showing.

I have an Aspire that I'm using but really like the Charge 3.  Not sure if it's just dying or if it can be revived 🙂  My husband has talked about getting me a new one for Christmas, so it may not be an issue any more.

Any help will be very appreciated!

@narf1254 When you plug in your Fitbit to the charger, do you see any indication that it's charging?

Do you see your Fitbit connect to the Fitbit App on your mobile device?

I would check the settings to make sure the display brightness wasn't inadvertently set to "dim". Try doing this in a darkened room.

Also, please try restarting your Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

Please note that while most Fitbits are water resistant to 50m, the water integrity of the device can diminish over time from being dropped, exposure to soap or cleaning chemicals, etc. Unfortunately, the rubber gasket, which keeps out the water, can deteriorate over time.
