Just straight out of the box, new, but the tracker isn’t charging. In the app there is a symbol of the battery with a red x on it.
I have already tried with another cable, another USB socket, etc. I’ve tried every solution on the page “why my tracker isn’t charging?”. None solved.
please, can you help me?

Hi @Mikietta your Flex 2 might be new to you, but it was retired a long time ago and firmware updates have stopped. It's entirely possible that in the time since it was put in the box, the battery completely died. Any way you can return it?

but how can be possible the battery is died if the led turn on when it is charging? Maybe there is a way to reset the battery?🤞🏼

Yes, I tried but it doesn’t vibrate, only flash the leds. Unfortunately, nothing changed 😔

This has affected me, too... I used to have a Flex 2, and I loved it, then I lost it off my wrist at a beach. I bought a "new in the box" Flex 2 on eBay, and all the parts are there, but when I plug it in, the LEDs flash on once, then all remain dark. My phone, which used to be able to find my old one, can't find this "new" one, and it doesn't seem to be charging. It's a bummer.
