Deleting fitbit app and reinstalling

Does anyone know if I delete the app and reinstall will I lose all the data or will it still be there when reinstalled?  It isn't syncing with my iPad and I've tried everything else.

Your data is stored in the Fitbit servers. Your data will be restored once you reload and log back in.
