Device not found?

My flex2 will not sync with updates. I have checked my Bluetooth and it is currently paired. It has been doing this quite frequently, and after messing with it I'm able to get it back for a few days. But goes back to saying device not found?

Hi @Shaunalnp 

What steps have you taken so far to troubleshoot this? 
i suggest restarting your Fitbit and then restarting your phone and see if that helps.  
if that doesn’t work, please delete the app and reinstall it .

One of the steps that may fix a sync issue is to remove the Flex 2 from the phones bluetooth. 

But first try turning bluetooth off and on

Shutdown the phone and restart.

Force stop the Fitbit app and clear its cache
