Hi, my Aunt had given this Fitbit to me after she got a new one. I charged it the whole night and set up an account. Now it is the morning and I took it off the charger and put it in the band. It only syncs while charging and when it asks me to tap it until it vibrates it doesn’t vibrate. It also only lights up when you charge it and when you take it out it won’t light up being double tapped. I don’t know what’s wrong with it, I reseted it and that didn’t do anything.

Hi @E832 keep restarting the device and see if it revives. Sometimes these devices do come to the end of life. Might be it's just not going to come back. Mine lasted two years, but I never let the battery die either. Keep restarting it a few times and see how that works. If not, you might need to get another device.
