Fitbit Flex 2 not charging

My Flex 2 stopped charging and I reached out to their chat line.  Since I was out of warranty they offered me a link to buy a replacement with a 25% discount. I found that even with the 25% discount it was cheaper for me to go to their website and buy a new one.  I emailed the supervisor back and she just said the 25% discount is only good for 30-days. I commented who cares if I can still buy it cheaper from their Fitbit.com site or any retailer. You would think they would suggest I get the replacement from their website but no.  They said use the link. That is not how I do business
