Fitbit band connecter snapped

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I woke up this morning and rolled over and heard a small 'snap' and my fitbit fell off my arm, apparently I has somehow snapped the plastic connector holding my Fitbit to my wristband, and it's not the replaceable one, I don't know what to do about it, I've tapped it together so it works for now but I'm not sure how long it'll last

Hi @ArtcicEB  the plastic connector? Can you show us a picture of it? The connector that holds the band together is a metal composite. The tracker part goes inside the band, but it's not plastic. I used to have a Flex. Anyway, if you could, a picture might help.
