My fitbit is registering at 0 and I've probably walked around 8000 steps today. It did record my weight on the scale. I've reset it 3 times. I've logged out and back in. I've deleted and then re-installed the app. I've turned off bluetooth, restarted my phone and turned bluetooth back on. Help...
I am having the same problem wish someone would have an answer.I may have found the answer on the fit bit help section it has a problem solving called HOW DO I RESTART MY TRACKER? scroll down to the flex 2 (for me) it shows a picture of the device you have and then read and do what it says. Hope it works for you.
Best AnswerI agree with @DeloresG If multiple restarts havent fixed it and yoh have uninstalled the app restarted the phone and reinstalled and it is still doing it, then contact Support. Note though that probably nothing will return the steps you have lost.

Best AnswerGlad to hear yours is working. I have a fit bit flex 2 and it also stopped and I followed the directions and mine is also working now. It was interesting to know that you need to wash the device with mild soap and water at least once a week and any time I swim I need to do the same and dry it with a soft towel right away. Hope it keeps working for you . Good luck!
Best AnswerHate to be repetitive, but my flex 2 was doing fine yesterday, and suddenly today it refuses to record any steps at all; I've had a 30-minute walk as well as a lot of steps at home and my app still says 0 steps. Also, it didn't recognize that I've done some exercise.
The tracker itself seems to be fine (responding when I tap, reminding me to move, etc).
Anyone know what the problem could be?
Thanks

Best Answer@wysiwyg78 but which one is accurate? Do a step test with both. Sync and note the step totals walk 100 paces (counting), sync and check the totals. What do both say you have done?
