Yesterday Apple Health said i walked 4,925 steps, fitbit said i walked 8,591.
how do i find out which number is accurate if they're always 1,000+ steps different? i would understand if it was a couple hundred different, but
i have my phone on me most of the time.
i do not have any other apps for tracking.
i understand they do not sync with each other or share data.
i just want to know how do i get the most accurate step count out of my fitbit, or if it's even worth using if the steps are so different.
is my fitbit correct? i don't feel like i walked 4 miles yesterday, and my iphone says i walked 2.

Hi @sunnybunny27,
The Fitbit devices are an Activity Tracker, not a pedometer. They will track any arm movements you make. As far as steps go, the Fitbit will measure them based on your stride length.
I can't speak for Apple, as I own an Android.
