Flex 2 screen is blank

My Flex 2 screen is completely dark even though it is fully charged.  When I press the button on the left side, it vibrates, but there is nothing on the screen. Any suggestions?

Hi @Witfit22 You don't have a flex 2 as that doesn't have a screen (just tiny lights). Can you tell us which fitbit you have? If you are not sure, post a picture turn of it.
