Flex 2 stopped working

I'm wondering if anyone's had a similar issue and whether there's anything I can do to try and revive my Flex 2 . It was fully charged yesterday and logging steps as normal, but then randomly just stopped recording anything at about midday and is no longer synching at all.

 

When I plug it into the charger, the lights flash, so it looks like it's doing something, but it's not charging and it's still not connecting to the app.

 

I've tried restarting it, and when I pushed the button to try and restart it, the lights flash again, but it's not vibrating and still no other signs of life.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

I managed to speak with someone on online chat, but they weren't able to give any support beyond restarting (which isn't working). I'm guessing it will just die completely once the battery runs out.
